History
NAVE ENVIRONMENTAL was formed in 2009 as a joint venture with Sage Environmental headquartered in Austin, Texas. The initial focus was providing environmental due diligence for clients in the oil and gas sector. For the next four years, NAVE conducted 100’s of ESA’s and PCA’s for clients on the west coast, in the southwest and throughout the southeast. Nave developed relationships with significant industry leaders which led to providing complete due diligence oversight on several multi-property/multi-state acquisitions for the following:
1. Airgas USA, LLC-20 properties throughout the Midwest with their acquisition of Pain Enterprises, Inc locations
2. Calumet Specialty Product Partners, LP-35 properties throughout the southwest with their acquisition of sites owned by Anchor Drilling Fluids, USA
In 2013, NAVE founder, Daniel Shuler, purchased the membership interest owned by Sage and relocated NAVE to Baton Rouge Louisiana where the focus of the Company has been on offering its ESA/PCA services to a broader audience including:
1. NGO’s
2. Governmental Agencies
3. Financial Institutions
4. Property Purchasers, Sellers and Developers.
Later in 2013, NAVE obtained a Louisiana Commercial Real Estate License through sponsorship by Coldwell Banker Commercial ONE of Baton Rouge .
Since its inception, NAVE has completed over 2,500 phase 1 environmental assessments for its clients
The Company is led by founder and CEO, Daniel Shuler. Dan completes all in-market inspections and goes out of his way to be available to the Company’s clients and prospective clients. This client-focused approach has allowed the Company to retain and grow its client base.
