We are an environmental services company that specializes in providing phase 1 environmental assessments and commercial property condition assessments. From the date that we formed the company in 2009, we have focused on providing our clients with thorough, timely, competitively priced services.
We provide services to clients throughout the southeast United States with the ability to provide services outside of the area subject to certain conditions.

Set Accurate Expectations– We believe in giving you an accurate delivery date on each assessment.Our goal is to meet your deliverable date but we won’t overpromise just to get the enaggement if that date can’t be met.
Deliver a Quality Product– We understand that our clients rely on the information contained in our work product and our focus is on producing a thorough and accurate end deliverable. We stand behind the accuracy of every assessment that we complete.
Communicate– We believe it is important that we have open communication lines with our clients from order ttill delivery and after if needed. We understand that things can come up that can impact the assessment or the timing of the deliverable.
